OPPS Academy indexes the actual text inside your procedures, forms and training material. A search for a topic surfaces the matching passage and the document it lives in, with filters by category, document type and tag.
Training & academy
Source material becomes learning paths and lessons, with knowledge checks where your content supports them. Completion is tracked per employee, so managers can see who has finished what — not just who opened a file.
Forms & checklists
Field forms and checklists people can actually fill in, tick off and submit inside the platform — with a record of the submission and a link back to the controlled form template.
AI assistant, grounded in your documents
Ask a question in plain language and get an answer built from your own operational material, with a citation to the exact document and section it came from. If the material doesn't contain an answer, the assistant says so instead of guessing.
Structure your admins control
Categories, departments, learning paths and access rules are configured by your own Company Admin from the admin console. As your operation grows, your admins extend the structure — no vendor request required.
