Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated September 2026
This policy sets out what is and isn't acceptable when using the OPPS Academy platform. It applies to every authorized user of a company workspace.
1. Use the Service for its intended purpose
The Service is for managing and accessing your own company's operational knowledge — SOPs, training, forms, checklists and related material. Use it only for that purpose and only within the access your company has granted you.
2. Don't attempt to access another company's workspace
Each workspace is isolated to one company. Attempting to probe, access, or circumvent the isolation between workspaces — including another company's documents, users, or training records — is prohibited.
3. Don't upload content you don't have the right to share
Only upload documents your company owns or has the right to use, store, and process through the Service. Don't upload another party's confidential material without authorization, or content that infringes someone else's intellectual property rights.
4. Don't misuse the AI assistant
The assistant is designed to answer questions using your company's own uploaded material. Don't attempt to use it to extract information it isn't meant to expose, to generate content unrelated to your operational material, or to probe it for security testing without prior authorization from OPPS Academy.
5. No disruptive or harmful activity
Don't attempt to disrupt the Service — for example through excessive automated requests, attempts to bypass authentication or rate limits, or uploading malicious files.
6. Account responsibility
You're responsible for activity under your own account. Don't share your credentials with someone who hasn't been invited by your company's administrator.
7. Reporting a concern
If you believe another user is violating this policy, or you've found a security issue, report it to hello@opps.ca.
8. Enforcement
Violating this policy may result in suspension of your account or, where the violation affects the Service or other Customers, suspension of the responsible company's workspace, as set out in our Terms of Service.
