Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the OPPS Academy platform (the "Service") by a company and its authorized users ("Customer", "you"). By accessing a company workspace, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the company that authorized your access.

1. Access and accounts

Access to the Service is provisioned per company and granted by invitation from an administrator of that company. There is no public self-registration. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account.

2. Customer content

"Customer Content" means the documents, procedures, forms, training material and any other material a Customer uploads to its workspace. Customer Content remains the property of the Customer. OPPS Academy is granted only the rights necessary to host, process, index, and display Customer Content back to that Customer's own authorized users in order to provide the Service.

OPPS Academy does not use one Customer's Content to train, configure, or improve the Service for another Customer, and does not grant any Customer visibility into another Customer's workspace.

3. Acceptable use

Use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

4. Accuracy of generated content

The Service structures Customer Content into procedures, training material, forms and AI assistant responses. This structuring is derived from the Customer Content the Customer supplies; OPPS Academy does not independently verify the accuracy or completeness of Customer Content. Where source material does not address a topic, the Service is designed to indicate that rather than infer an answer, but the Customer remains responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published to its own users.

5. Fees

Fees are agreed directly with each Customer based on team size and volume of material, as described in a separate order or agreement. Fees are not published on this website because they are not fixed per seat or tier; see our Pricing page for how a quote is scoped.

6. Suspension and termination

Either party may terminate an agreement for the Service as set out in the order or agreement signed with that Customer. OPPS Academy may suspend access to protect the security or integrity of the Service or other Customers' workspaces.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." OPPS Academy does not warrant that generated procedures, training content, or AI assistant responses are error-free, and Customer content should be reviewed by the Customer before employees rely on it for safety-critical or regulatory procedures.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OPPS Academy's liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the fees paid by the Customer for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law applicable in the jurisdiction where OPPS Academy is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to Customer administrators before taking effect for existing Customers.
