About
We build the operations hub we wished existed
Most companies already have the knowledge that keeps them running — it's just spread across binders, shared drives and whoever has been there the longest. OPPS Academy turns that existing material into a structured, searchable, trainable operations hub, without asking you to rewrite anything.
Why this exists
The problem isn't that companies lack procedures
Most operational knowledge already exists somewhere — a Word document from three reorganizations ago, a training deck nobody's opened since onboarding, a form that gets photocopied because no one remembers where the original template lives. The knowledge is real. It's just unusable in the format it's in.
OPPS Academy exists to close that gap: take the documents a company already has, and turn them into something a new employee can search, follow, and learn from — without losing anything or inventing something the original never said.
How we work
The principles that shape the product
The source material is the authority
We don't rewrite your procedures to sound better or invent steps to fill gaps. If your source document doesn't say it, the platform doesn't say it either.
Usable beats comprehensive
A binder full of SOPs nobody opens isn't operational knowledge — it's storage. The goal is a place someone actually goes to when they need an answer.
Your data is yours
Every company's documents, users and training records live in their own isolated workspace. We built the isolation into the database, not just the interface.
Structure should fit the operation, not the other way around
Categories, departments and learning paths are set by your own administrators to match how your company actually works — not forced into a template built for someone else's industry.
